HOW WE WORK

Depending upon the age of the vehicle, or whether you have existing breakdown suppliers in place, the driver is connected directly to the relevant roadside assistance organisation. All the UK Fleet Assist suppliers will attend the scene within the accepted industry service times and aim to fix the vehicle at the roadside or home address if possible.

Recoveries and alternative transport can then be arranged promptly if required. For accidents, we have a dedicated team who will deal with the entire event including driver advice at the scene, all the insurance documentation and third party liaison, as well as ensuring vehicles are repaired to a high quality as quickly as possible.
